Load your sonixsiptv access into TiviMate
Use this guide after choosing TiviMate for an Android TV device. You need the access information sent with your subscription, not just the app itself. The player does not include the television service.
Install the Android TV player
Use the official links at tivimate.com and confirm the device platform before installing. TiviMate is designed for television use and is not optimized for Android phones or tablets. If the device in your hand is a phone, ask about an appropriate mobile player instead of following television steps.

Add the connection supplied with your order
- Open TiviMate and choose the option to add a playlist.
- Select the connection type matching the information supplied by sonixsiptv.
- Enter the full address and any account fields requested by that connection type.
- Review the copied text for an extra space, a missing character or an incomplete address.
- Let the list finish loading, then open an item and check playback.
Keep the order details available
Save the original order conversation so you can compare a field with what was supplied. If you reach an error, note the exact words and whether it appeared before the list loaded or after you selected an item. Send the device model with that description; keep full access links and passwords out of screenshots.
Player features and the annual offer
TiviMate’s own paid features are separate from the sonixsiptv subscription. Buying them does not add viewing months or simultaneous screens. Our annual subscription benefit includes a year of IBO Player Pro, which is a different player. Ask about that inclusion before buying a player license you may not need.
