Attach your playlist to IBO Player Pro
IBO Player Pro identifies the device before you add the viewing list. Read the identifiers from the television you are setting up and use your sonixsiptv order message for the playlist information. Keep these two sets of details separate.
Find the two device identifiers
Use iboplayer.pro for installation guidance and check that the installed app is IBO Player Pro. Open it and locate MAC Address and Device Key. Do not borrow identifiers from a different television or a screenshot saved before a device change.
Save the playlist for that device
- Open iboplayer.pro/manage-playlists/list/ on a phone or computer.
- Enter the MAC Address and Device Key currently displayed by your player.
- Fill in the requested playlist information from the sonixsiptv order.
- Save the entry and return to the television.
- Reload the list or reopen the app, then select an item to check that it plays.
Use the player year included with twelve months
Every twelve-month paid subscription includes one year of IBO Player Pro. Ask us how to apply that benefit before purchasing another license. The subscription also has two extra viewing months with one screen or six with two to five screens. Those viewing months do not extend the included player year.
Changing the television or box
A new device can show different identifiers. Tell us the model you are moving to before editing an existing playlist entry. Keep the old order conversation available, and describe what the new player displays without posting the Device Key or access links publicly.
