Save a device playlist in IBO Player Pro
Use the player’s device identifiers to reach the correct playlist record, then supply the viewing information from your sonixsiptv order. Check each set of details before saving, particularly if you have more than one television.
Make sure you have the intended app
Check the full IBO Player Pro name against iboplayer.pro and follow its instructions for your device. Apps with similar names can use different management websites. In the installed player, find MAC Address and Device Key and read them from the device you are configuring.
Enter and reload the playlist
- Go to iboplayer.pro/manage-playlists/list/ in a browser.
- Use the player’s current MAC Address and Device Key to identify the device.
- Add the playlist information from the sonixsiptv subscription message.
- Save the change and return to the television or box.
- Refresh the playlist or reopen the app, then check a programme starts.
Check the annual player inclusion
Twelve paid months of sonixsiptv include a year of IBO Player Pro. Ask about applying it before purchasing a duplicate player licence. Annual plans also add two viewing months with one screen or six with two to five screens. The player inclusion remains one year even when the viewing period is longer.
Prepare for replacement equipment
Keep your purchase reference when changing televisions or boxes. The replacement player may display different device identifiers, so read its screen rather than reusing an old image. Discuss the change with us before altering an existing playlist entry, and keep the Device Key out of public messages.
