Connect the right device in IBO Player Pro
IBO Player Pro’s management page looks up a device using the information shown inside its app. The viewing playlist is added after that lookup. Use the identifiers from the actual television or box you are preparing.
Read the identifiers from the player
Follow the installation guidance for your device at iboplayer.pro. Confirm the app is IBO Player Pro, then locate the fields labelled MAC Address and Device Key on its screen. Keep those values private and avoid mixing them with identifiers from another player.
Create the playlist entry
- Visit iboplayer.pro/manage-playlists/list/ from a browser.
- Enter the MAC Address and Device Key shown by the target device.
- Provide the playlist information supplied for your sonixsiptv subscription.
- Save the entry, then return to the device.
- Refresh its list or reopen the player and check that an item starts.
Apply an annual inclusion before buying twice
A twelve-month paid plan includes a year of IBO Player Pro. Contact us about using that year before purchasing a separate licence. Annual viewing access also has two bonus months with one screen or six bonus months with two to five screens. The length of the included player licence remains one year.
Keep a device change connected to the order
When replacing hardware, check what identifiers appear on the replacement instead of entering values from memory. Tell us which model you are changing to and keep the order reference available. That gives the conversation a clear starting point before you alter a stored playlist.
