Complete the TiviMate setup on your TV device
This guide covers adding your sonixsiptv subscription to TiviMate on Android TV. Have the original connection message available and work through the fields before arranging favourites or adding another device.
Use the official installation links
Visit tivimate.com and check the installation route for your Android TV equipment. The app is not optimised for Android phones or tablets. If you are choosing software for a different device, return to the device guide or ask us which route is appropriate.
Enter the details as one set
- Open TiviMate’s option for adding a playlist.
- Choose the format corresponding to the access information you received.
- Enter the complete address and the other fields requested for that format.
- Compare the entries with the original message, checking spaces and the end of each address.
- Allow the list to load and start a programme to check the connection.
Explain a setup question precisely
If you need help, describe the last completed step and copy any message shown by the player. Say whether a list is visible or whether you are still at the login stage. Include the television or box model. Cover passwords and private access links in screenshots instead of sending the entire account screen.
Understand which player benefit you ordered
Optional purchases from TiviMate concern its own software features. They do not increase the duration or screen allowance of your sonixsiptv plan. The player year included with our annual subscription is for IBO Player Pro. Check that inclusion before deciding to pay for another licence.
