Connect a subscription through Smarters
Smarters uses the information from your sonixsiptv order to load the viewing list. Check which version belongs on your device before entering the connection details. A similarly named app may come from a different publisher.

Start at smarterspro.com and choose the instructions for your device. The publisher separates mobile, computer and television downloads. Use that route to check the app’s name and publisher rather than selecting the first store result. For an LG television, our IBO guide provides another device-specific starting point.

Enter the subscription fields
- Launch Smarters and open the login option suited to the details you received.
- Copy the server or playlist address into its designated field.
- Complete the remaining fields from the same order message.
- Check the beginning and end of each entry before connecting.
- Wait for the content list, then start one item to confirm the setup.
Prepare the second screen only when needed
You can install a player on more than one device without increasing the number of streams in your plan. Decide which devices need to play together. A one-screen plan requires the earlier stream to stop before another begins; two simultaneous streams require at least two screens on the subscription.
Tell us what is visible
For installation help, include the model, the app’s full name and the last step you completed. A blank login page, a list that has loaded and a message during playback describe different stages. Send the wording shown on screen without exposing your password or the private part of an access URL.
