Prepare the player first, then connect the subscription. You will need the full access details supplied for your sonixsiptv order and the Smarters version intended for the television, box, phone or computer you are using.
Find the appropriate version
Follow the device-specific downloads at smarterspro.com. Check the app name and publisher on the page or store listing that opens. A television version and a phone version are different installation choices. For LG equipment, the IBO Player Pro guide gives a separate route to consider.

Fill in the connection screen
- Select the login method that matches the details from your order.
- Enter the server or playlist address in the correct field.
- Add the remaining requested information without mixing details from another order.
- Check the spelling, spaces and complete address before continuing.
- Wait for the list, then open a programme to confirm that it plays.
Move between devices within your allowance
The plan counts streams playing at the same time. Having the app installed on a phone and a television does not automatically require two screens, provided only one plays at once. Stop the first stream before switching on a one-screen plan, or choose more screens for separate simultaneous viewing.
Keep troubleshooting tied to the step
Send the model, app name and the words on screen when asking for help. Explain whether the problem appears while entering details, fetching the list or starting playback. This gives us a useful starting point without requiring an image containing your password or full private playlist link.
